Free Flow provides free menstrual hygiene products to people across Canada — because no one should miss school, work, or life over something so basic.
Our mission
Making menstrual products as accessible as toilet paper.
Menstrual products are a necessity, yet cost keeps them out of reach for many people in Canada — students, people experiencing homelessness, low-income families, and communities in remote and northern regions where prices are highest.
Free Flow exists to close that gap. We collect, fund, and distribute pads, tampons, and reusable options to the places people already go, so getting what you need is simple, stigma-free, and free.

Who can get free products?
Anyone who needs them. Our products are free to take — no forms, no proof, no questions asked.
Are you a registered charity?
Not yet — we're working toward registered charitable status with the CRA. Until then, we can't issue official tax receipts for donations.
What products do you accept?
New, unopened pads, tampons, liners, and menstrual cups or reusable pads. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened packages.
